Police Registration Appointment

Police Registration: Important, please read carefully

Please select an available slot and put this in your calendar immediately after you have completed the booking. You must attend, turn up on time and bring the required documents. Sussex Police are required to record and report to the Home Office on a monthly basis, the names of students who fail to register and update their Police Registration Certificates in a timely manner. You must bring a completed registration form to your appointment which can be found here:-

Students must book an appointment within 7 days of arriving in the UK.

Registering with the Police is a legal obligation but a quick and simple administrative process and is nothing to be concerned about. Failure to register with the Police or notify them of any changes means that your permission to stay in the UK might be shortened and you’ll have to leave the UK. Future visa applications you make could be refused.
